Parking Zones Explained
Paid parking in city centres โ pay at the parkomat (ticket machine) or via app. Display the ticket on your dashboard. Common in Dubrovnik, Split, Zadar, ล ibenik, and Zagreb.
Standard red circle no-parking sign. Yellow kerb markings also indicate no-parking zones. Enforcement is increasing in tourist areas โ do not risk it in summer.
Reserved parking bays for residents (stanari), disabled drivers, or specific users. Do not park in reserved bays even briefly โ fines are issued quickly in tourist season.
